Problem: The US public is disturbed that Big Business has farmed out labor to Third World Countries at the detriment of US Workers.

Solution: I suggest we farm out our Prison System to Iraq, Korea, China, India, & the Philippines.

Purpose
1. Save US Taxpayer $$$
2. Give our Prisons a New Reputation for Punishment.
3. Slow down the Recruitment of Prison Gangs if ever Paroled
